Some of the cool / interesting things I've done that are worth writing about. I have lots more to post, but I haven't
had the time yet...
This is also where most of my multimedia is. The more recent stuff is from either a Canon Optura
10 digital camcorder, or a Canon
PowerShot A70 digital camera. Both of which are great little inexpensive cameras. Throw in a FireWire link,
Microsoft Movie Maker, and it adds up to a pretty fun distraction!
Where do I find out about many of these events? Well, if you're a Porsche or Ferrari owner, or even just an
enthusiast, I highly recommend finding yourself an online community to hang out on, such as Porsche Pete's Boxster Board (PPBB), and FerrariChat.com (F-Chat). Both are very large and very friendly.
You'll get answers to any questions you throw at them, and learn about fun driving events like these.

Summit Point Track Days - September, October,
2005
Last year, I went to watch one of these events. That was my first mistake. While there, I spoke to several people
about how it worked. Second mistake. One year later, I decided to give it a shot. You only live once. Yea,
right.

WABB 2004 Fall Foliage Run - October 23, 2004
Porsches, a Ferrari, the Washington Area Boxster Buddies, and Skyline Drive. This was my first attempt at filming and editing video. I didn't get as many shots
as I had hoped, and I definitely need a camera mount. But, there was still enough to play with. I personally like
the results...but of course I'm biased!

Daytona International
Speedway - June 4, 2001
We went to the speedway for a tour and to see the museum. I ended up in the #36 M&M's Pontiac doing 150+ MPH
on Daytona's 31° banking.
